it's hard to know how to describe this album... according to His Name Is Alive mastermind Warn Defever, he took some demos given to him by a singer named Dara (who later recorded a few tracks with HNIA), and after promising to polish them up for release, he instead decided to experiment with them and added all manner of noise & tape effects and ended up with something that's very unique and very catchy in its own way. Warn didn't lose track of the vocals and original song structures, and that makes the final product an interesting combination of melody & noise.
