Siempre me han parecido interesantes y bellos los temas instrumentales de Depeche Mode, esa especie de interludios entre canciones logran la perfecta cohesión en sus álbumes; resulta curioso que el primer disco solista con temas originales de Martin L. Gore sea un disco instrumental, pero eso no demerita en nada su talento. El disco quizás sea demasiado largo, pero contiene temas realmente tétricos y mágicos, como él mismo describió, con un sonido de películas de ciencia ficción, con sintetizadores que suenan muy hipnóticos.

Um... Not really my personal cup of tea, but I appreciate the talent and work that went into this record, and if you're into that kind of thing, I strongly recommend it.

MG is Depeche Mode's Martin Gore and this is his first album of original compositions (discounting Counterfeit). Consisting of techno instrumentals similar in vein but darker than his 2012 collaboration with Vince Clarke VCMG, this is the sort of music that only Martin Gore could produce. Dream-like, even trancey but with a sinister edge, and even sometimes a horror soundtrack for your darkest nightmares. MG is both daunting and a revelation.
