There's some great moments on here. My favourites are Loving Sea with its exquisite harmonies, The Wheel's Turning, Out Of The Body, Wolflight and Heart Song. I can hear nods to King Crimson and Jeff Lynne but there's also a nod to Steve's past too. Not his best but he's done a lot worse.
C'mon, there must be Steve Hackett fans out there? I purchased this purely for the 5.1 surround. Don't bother! But in stereo this is a brilliant album. Never a Genesis or early Steve Hackett fan, I was pleasantly surprised with his singing voice and the consistently great tunes he has on this album. A gem for me.
