I listened once through, decent synth-pop. I couldn't really connect it with Pink Floyd, it sounded a lot more contemporary, but there are some electronic, instrumental parts that probably show Rick Wright's composition style. Rick almost never wrote lyrics to his Pink Floyd compositions and the album cover specifies that David Harris wrote all the lyrics. It also says he sings all the leads, but if so he sure does sound like Rick at times. I'm not sure that they didn't share lead vocals.
