All kinds of musical history within this traditional UK pop group - one of the early vehicles for famed songwriters Roger Cook and Roger Greenaway - Madeline Bell had a solo career of unfulfilled potential, Ray Cooper became Elton's long-time percussionist pal and Herbie Flowers created the bassline for "Walk On The Wild Side" and wrote UK number one cheesefest "Grandad" which propelled cult telly clown Clive Dunn to 'rock immortality'.
