How we live were a support band for Clannad when I saw them back in the eighties at the Cornwall Coliseum. This album is in my top three of all time, I wish I could get a mint copy on vinyl. HWL only produced one album, Steve Hogarth then took over vocal duties in Marillion. If you can imagine a slightly stripped back more upbeat Marillion, this is HWL. If you like Marillion Holidays in Eden then you most probably will like this, the HWL version of Dry Land is better imo. Tracks like All the Time in the World, Playing Games in Germany and India make this a superb listen.
