Hardcore punkband from L.A. with highly intelligent and introspective lyrics. Usually pointing out the existential dread of adulthood and the breaking away from the limitations of societal norms. Touching on topics such as police brutality, gender norms, family discord, and religious beliefs, all with a philosophical and self-aware approach. Usually have a treasure trove of pastiches and references to their influences right in their lyrics, which they are more than happy to help you and allow you to discover.
