I appreciate your self-imposed rule to exclude greatest hits and other compilations, as I tend to think those aren't good representations of an artist's creative vision. I almost never include those, and I'm also really selective about including EP's or live albums, as well, since those tend to cause me to leave out albums that are more deserving of recognition. Anyway, I'm happy to see several selections here: The Silver Gymnasium (which I have ranked #1 for 2013), Southeastern (Jason Isbell's finest album, which is saying something), and Wakin on a Pretty Daze (which is probably the 2013 album that's risen most in my estimation in the years since). Really good work on this chart--would love to see you expand it at some point!

I really liked Push the Sky Away. Didn't make my top 50 of last year, but I can dig it being that high on your list.
