Best power pop indie rock live album of the year
Best USA album of the year
I know. To have a live album as my favourite album of the year is as disappointing to me as it is to everyone else. But, man I love this band, and I saw them live on this tour (not these venues of course - and we got White Ferrari instead of Ivy), and these are great versions of songs I love that are different to the studio album versions. And that cover of Frank Ocean's Ivy is outstanding. So much emotion to the performance.
It also doesn't help that I have been a little bit disappointed with the releases this year compared to the last few years in terms of killer albums so this is the best for now. [First added to this chart: 10/31/2019]
Best USA album of the year
