Linkin Park is a Californian rock band. They are a key figure in the development of nu metal and as a result are one of the highest-selling modern bands in the world. Their first two studio albums are considered essentials. Overtime, their style would become more pop-focused and fans would be divided. Although their lead singer, Chester Bennington, caused a temporary hiatus with his suicide, the band is still active.
