Very long songs. Go to see him live. He is a bad stand-up comedian with a guitar. His jokes are used to stretch out his time on stage. That sounds bad, but he is brilliant live.
My son is so pleased that he was named after Thurston Moore. This is a great album with more acoustic guitar that you would suspect.
I think I like Atlas Sound even better than Deerhunter, but then I listen to Deerhunter and the opposite is true. Two great bands who prove to me that even when I reach my nineties there will almost still be great new bands out there to discover.

Magazine return in great form. Devoto is still talking about sex and the band sound wonderful.
King Creosote is writing about where he comes from. It is a beautiful part of the world and this is a beautiful album.
Lovely album. He gets some great guitar sounds on his albums.

He just seems to keep producing great albums. This is really good, but I was nearly put off by the cover
It is such a shame that they are Celtic supporters. Great band though and I can't wait to see them play live again.

Aidan is the singer from Arab Strap and his lyrics continue to be amazing. Bill Wells is described as a polymath. Together they have produced a masterpiece.
John Donaldson from Calvin Party and Levellers 5 continues to make great albums. If you get a chance to see him live, go along. His energy is amazing and he never gives less than 100%
