Introspective and haunting.

This album is a bit reminiscent of Deerhunter albums, though it also has it’s own sound to it. It has it’s moments, some of the songs are pretty good, all of it is very interesting, though it can get boring at times. A lot of it is very ethereal, a lot like Deerhunter’s music was. It’s a pretty good album though, worth giving a shot.

I think I like Atlas Sound even better than Deerhunter, but then I listen to Deerhunter and the opposite is true. Two great bands who prove to me that even when I reach my nineties there will almost still be great new bands out there to discover.

this is the most listened to album in my iTunes next to bon iver and it came out last year. ridiculous.
