Some friends of mine in college chose the intro to this song as the opening theme for their radio show on our college radio station. I still think of them when I hear Black Francis shout "Shake yer butt!" as this song begins and then transitions into a bossanova groove. A loose, casual, inscrutable song--one that I can't quite classify as a love song because, well, is a person saying he loves you when he sings, "La la love you"?
