Eminem has some good ass tunes, but due to his sheer inconsistency, it felt right to vote for RDJ because Selected Ambient Works.
EDIT: Back when I was younger, I'd choose Eminem. I'd rather listen to a few selected tracks from his than RDJ. But, at this current moment, I'd rather listen to a full Aphex Twin album, so it's gotta be RDJ.

I love Aphex Twin, a lot, but Eminem is one of my favorite rappers ever. I don't mean to blaspheme, but I'm taking Eminem.
