Think I'm ready to vote in all but one match. Hoping polls are up soon.

Same, only 1 match where I don't know the nominees well enough yet. That being said, there's a lot of close ones. _________________ Finally updated the overall chart

Yesterday I finally finished the listening process - fantastic experience all around, thanks to Skinny/PossiblyMichigan for making it happen and everyone else for participating. For me there were 4 clear winners ( 1996/2005, 1994/2002, 1997/2015, 2000/2016 ) 3 much closer cases (1998/2012, 1999/2017, 1995/2006) where I am not sure if I should vote or abstain - I definitely lack the energy for any re-listening, I need a break from hip hop, as a new wave is coming soon. Regarding my matchup, if the voting is close enough -judging by the comments it seems rather unlikely- , I will have to listen to 1993 before voting to be fair. Otherwise, I will be dirty and blindly vote my team.
So, will you guys -and gals, I don't know- vote in all matchups or abstain when it's too close to make a call? Plus how did you approach your own matchup?

I plan to vote in all matchups. And imo it's cheating to vote for yourself without listening to your opponent's team, but I'm not the arbiter of that. _________________ Add me on RYM

Yeah, definitely, that's why I 'll wait till the last moment, if it's even remotely close I'll do it the proper way.

Hi everyone!
Unless anyone has any major issues/concerns, I am still intending to close polls and announce winners for Gameweek One matches on Friday (22nd). Even though the polls went up late, I figure that this hasn't actually impeded on total listening time, and so users should still be able to vote in the majority of matches. This means I will still be asking for Gameweek Two teams by Saturday (23rd); any users who have already sent their teams, either to myself or PossiblyMichigan, will be able to make changes until that date. I will be messaging users reminders on Friday.
Thanks again for your participation thus far. Looking forward to Gameweek Two!
Peace,
