Some consider So Tough,Holland and Love You to be their last decent ones.But I think I think that Surfs Up is last album where their vocals are still sounding good.

there was a poll to decide what Beach Boys albums were free game, and people (last I checked, overwhelmingly) chose to rank just these. unfortunate, i know. Mike Love's Nascar tie-in Beach Boys album is their true magnum opus.

Didn't notice that. I guess these "Let's rank" thingies are mostly for true followers, hence the poll was placed in the Prince one instead of this one. Also, just to clarify. I was not about to troll around, as a coincidence So Tough and Holland are what got me interested in exploring them beyond Pet Sounds and their "classic days".
Here's a ranking of the selected albums (not consistent with how I've ranked them in my a bit out-of-date charts)

I know, I know. It's just that the CD isn't quite cheap enough, last time I checked, and I still have this weird obsession that I only wanna listen to something by my favourite artists if I own the physical album!
