I'm head over heels for this album. My favorite by the Stones. "Jigsaw Puzzle" is easily one of my all time favorite songs.

Darn good album but it pales in comparison to Let It Bleed, Sticky Fingers, and Exile On Main St. (Their next 3 LPs). Why I feel that way? Idk, I guess the production here doesn't pop out at me the way their next albums do, also the songwriting is much more earthy feeling here and less rocking or even less balanced than their 3 classics.

But whatever, I still think this is pretty good, just not great. I would actually rank Aftermath over this too.

Great album! Applause On the same par to Let It Bleed, Sticky Fingers and Exile on Main St.

My third fav stones' album (Behind Exile & Some Girls)

Sympathy and No Expectations are my favorites

No expectations is my second favorite stones song, fucking beautifull piano. Love the lyrics, amazing guitar progression, and that littles guitar solos ( or whatever it is) it is just freaking wonderfull

Sympathy For The Devil is class, as usual. The rest of the album was quite underwhelming though. I don't know, The Rolling Stones never stood out to me as great, they're alright and that's it. But, then again, this is the only album I've heard from them.

The sound of the Stones finding themselves. I definitely consider it part of their classic period and might even prefer it to Sticky Fingers and Let It Bleed. You can't go wrong with any of those four, though.

Jig-saw Puzzle and Stray Cat Blues are old favourites. It's just behind Let it Bleed as the greatest Stones album.

I probably agree though I've only heard two of them so I can't know for certain if I agree. Laughing
