One of the albums that really got me into Miles, especially electric Miles. Upon my very first listen, it was a revelation... a bright, fresh, wholly intriguing revelation. Not quite a top 5 Miles for me these days, but that's no slight.

I've both under appreciated it and had this as my favorite Miles. Might just round out my top five now? Anyway it's great and many indelible happy memories connected to the title track as it's the opening number to Weirdo Night

This and Jack Johnson and Get Up With It are my top three most days, but this makes #1 for me because it's more texturally interesting than the former and more manageable in one sitting than the latter. In a Silent Way is also probably in my top five, along with Kind of Blue because I'm basic like that, but Nefertiti could replace either on a given day, as could a number of others, frankly. A wild, wild discography, but I deffo have a favourite 5-7 year period. _________________ 2021 in full effect. Come drop me some recs. Y'all know what I like.
