Oh I was just speaking to the stages. At the same time I still have no idea because I'm dumb.

I didn't realize we could reuse one's from the first rounds, which is why I picked some of my less strong choices to see if I could sneak out a win and save the good stuff for later. Now, I'm not going to move forward at all.

So, maybe it's too early for that, but how do we resolve three way ties? The head to head will be 1 win and 1 loss for each involved side, so I guess we count votes, but are only the "head to head" votes relevant or all the votes of the group stage matches? Hopefully I made my point clear, though it's highly doubtful the way I phrased it.

Been wondering this too. For example, in my group, if '98 beats '96 and '05 beats '12 next round (I have my money on this actually happening), '96, '98, and '05 will all have 2-1 records. '98 will have beaten '96; '96 will have beaten '05; '05 will have beaten '98. How do we get out of this circle jerk? Best differential? Three way runoff?

We'll go to vote differentials (a.k.a. 'goal difference') across the group stage in order to determine who goes through in the event of three-way ties, or any other weird outcomes. I'll post a running standing of the current group tables, including votes for and against, after this round of polls closes. _________________ 2021 in full effect. Come drop me some recs. Sorry guys, I've been crazy busy. Will close polls and publish Group league tables either tonight or tomorrow. If you want to make changes to the teams you've sent in, you've got plenty of time. _________________ 2021 in full effect. Come drop me some recs. Y'all know what I like.

Above are the current league tables. (Don't pay too much attention to vote differentials at the minute, because they will only be used in the event that a group can't be split based on head-to-head ratings. The image above shows the group tables as they stand, taking head-to-head records into account, hence the reason 2004 and 2016 currently sit in second place in their groups despite having worse vote differentials than the teams below them.)
If you still haven't sent me your team, please do so ASAP. If you have sent a team and would like to change it in some way, you have a day or so in order to do so. I have also messaged a couple of users to let them know that one of their picks is ineligible - please check your inboxes.
Looking forward to Gameweek Three. Thanks for your patience, everyone.
Peace. _________________ 2021 in full effect. Come drop me some recs. Y'all know what I like.
