What are the rules? Do we consider all the music recorded in a specific city (for example Heroes and The Idiot for Berlin) or just the artists from the chosen city (Ben Klock or Einsturzende Neubauten for Berlin)? _________________ Finally updated the overall chart
1. Does the metropolitan area count, or only the city proper?
2. For artists from the city, is it born/founded, currently based, or either?

I would like to play as Leeds. I would ideally like to rep the entirety of West Yorkshire (about 2 million population, a quarter of London) but I can still win with just Leeds.
