I was surprised listening to this 1992 release by Toto. I didn't remember the band sounding so guitar heavy from their prior albums. But nearly each of these dozen tracks features an intensive dose of six-string fireworks, as if the members were trying to disassociate themselves from the Adult Contemporary scrap heap of their "Rosanna" and "Africa" years. It was an invigorating listen. Were these tracks memorable? The answer, for me, was "No." But Iliked it while it was playing. Six seconds later I had forgotten all about it. Maybe that's just me.
