Donald Fagen's best album since, the nightfly. It's typical Fagen combing rock, funk and jazz and he delivers his finest set of songs for over thirty years. Weather in my head, memorabilia, and, slinky thing, are all classic Fagen. A well underrated album.
Looks like this isn't the popular view, but I find this a marked improvement over Morph the Cat.

"Sunken condos" ha buone canzoni ( il blues "Weather in my head" su tutte ) realizzate, una volta tanto, non con la solita produzione fighetta ma con un piglio ed un suono più energici: se dovessi accostarlo ad un album degli Steely Dan direi che quell'album potrebbe essere "The royal scam". Una piacevole sorpresa.
