As much as I like Exuma's first 2 records, I think I'll join in on the Daniel Johnston love. His early lo-fi recordings are about as good as music gets. Grievances is great but my favorite is:

I love Daniel Johnston and I saw him live and he spilled water on the front row, lol, but...Exuma.

I tried some of Mr. Johnston's early recordings and they didn't sit that well with me. I will come back to them sometime soon.

But then I just listened to "1990" - and that is amazing! But Exuma is more spiritual and more uplifting to me personally. But, again, 1990 is one if the best and most eerie and most minimalist albums I've really fallen for lately.

I voted Exuma.

If you don't know anything about Daniel Johnston, you need to watch this documentary. I cried watching it 😢
