So, before I was on this site, I rated albums on RYM. I was banned from that site and came here. While I was there, I started this project. The albums I rated while I was there include:

Day 1: Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit - The Nashville Sound
Day 2: Kesha - Rainbow
Day 3: Arch Enemy - Black Earth
Day 4: The Maine - American Candy (Not on this site)
Day 5: Anti-Flag - American Fall
Day 6: Godspeed You! Black Emperor - Lift Your Skinny Fists Like Antennas to Heaven
Day 7: Dead Kennedys - Fresh Fruit for Rotting Vegetables
Day 8: Skillet - Awake

Most of these albums were pretty good. I'll make more posts talking about my next (first on this website) rating tomorrow.

Today's album: Lamentations by American Aquarium. This album is a great alternative country album. A lot of the songs are absolutely gut-wrenching. Favorites: The Day I Learned to Lie to You, Six Years Come September, A Better South, and How Wicked I Was.

It was good. The political commentary (mostly) hit home, the melodies were really catchy, the writing was hilarious, and I liked the way it mixed hardcore with more straightforward punk. I gave it 80/100.

Today's album: Forever Halloween by The Maine. This album has helped me through a lot of dark spaces. Songs like Kennedy Curse and Sad Songs are gut-wrenching, and I love the darker sound this album has when compared to The Maine's other albums.
