It's okay. Don't Look Back in Anger is a solid track, but most of it is pretty bland. As far as it goes for brit pop, I never really got the hype for Oasis, but it is what it is.

I always liked more lively britpop, myself. Some of the shoegaze bands that went britpop I found way more interesting even.

I can't comprehend how an album this bland and unimaginative has ever gotten such a high ranking.

Champagne Supernova is an all time classic. Wonderwall and Don't Look Back In Anger are huge hits, and there's several really solid tracks. But overall it's just a nice Britpop record, nothing less, nothing more. Doesn't deserve the praise it gets from the mainstream audience, doesn't deserve the hate it gets from "serious music listeners" circles. Definitely Maybe on the other hand is one of the better Britpop records.
