Only recently acquired this album and have to say that it's an understated gem. Getting so much out of each listen. Lovely album.

It's one of those. Think I'll stick the record on as my last before bed because it's not something you can follow. So glad I got to see him play, even though it was just around the time of discovering this.

I like the lyrics, but it's the unique mix of country, americana, folk, indie and rock that won me initially. And incredible songwriting of course. But I love most of Molina's work, even the more experimental and weird albums which not everybody digs. _________________ Overall chart
