Cut Copy. Aerosmith ran out of gas with me years ago and I've never been big on the Clash.

I think The Clash is just one of the most amazing debuts ever. I'd compare it to Surfer Rosa in terms of energy and just visceral power. I think the Clash's debut was better than the Ramones'.
Also i believe 1977 was the greatest year for albums and this debut by the clash is a big reason why.
TitA is classic and good fun. Cut copy is the same, really solid stuff. And James Otto I haven't heard. _________________ -Ryan

This. But for some reason (like the Pixies actually) they managed to do even better after that. The Clash is an incredible band, always here in my heart, in that place were all small cute things you love are.
