Teri Gender Bender (Le Butcherettes, Bosnian Rainbows) has tons of personality as well.
And...Varg Vikernes is fascinating and unique in the worst way possible, lol.

Bjork's fascinating. On my girlfriend's first day of work at a flower shop, Bjork came in and asked for the time. So weird.
Tom Waits is about as unique and fascinating as it gets.

I saw Bjork on the street once and she seemed to be in another world mentally. i'm not sure she'd even know what's going on. I've heard interesting stories about her. A friend of mine worked for her as a manager. Bjork would have days where she literally would not speak. She also did some sort of new age stone therapy. and one of the stones was inserted in her...
but i still think she's amazing. Plus she's married to one of the most incredible artists in the world
