Second Coming - The Stone Roses
Firmly in the shadow of their debut but its still a good album. Its different than the debut, the guitar work is heavier but that doesnt let it down Squire's guitar work is still fantastic through out. Brown's vocal limitations are somewhat exposed in this album though.

Well, I added my top 20 list yesterday, and insanely enough I was the first one to include Iron Maiden - Seventh Son of a Seventh Son and Bob Dylan - Another Side of.... So, I vote for those two; both should be featured on many more lists.

The Beach Boys - Love You
The Church - Magician Among the Spirits
Current 93 - Dogs Blood Rising
Divine Styler - Spiral Walls Containg Autumns of Light
John Frusciante - Niandra LaDes and Usually Just a T-Shirt
Smog - Julius Caesar

These are great records that were released to the wrong audiences, or in Current 93's case once had their audience but retrospectively are not getting much respect

Here are my favourites from Underrated Land, you might like to check some of them out ...

Wishbone Ash: Argus (1972).
An absolutely gorgeous album. A folk-rock masterpiece.

Kate Bush: The Kick Inside (1978).
Everybody seems to like Hounds of Love better. I like Hounds of Love too, but this album came from a very young Kate with stunningly precocious talent.

The Comsat Angels: Waiting for a Miracle (1980).
One of the best and most distinctive albums to come out of the whole New Wave era. Often overlooked, but definitely worth seeking out.

Magazine: The Correct Use of Soap (1980).
I've always believed Magazine were the most underrated band ever. This is their best collection of songs, although it must be admitted that it suffered from poor production.

Scritti Politti: Cupid & Psyche '85 (1985).
One of the earliest albums to feature computer instrumentation. The orchestration is superb and the songs remarkably well crafted. Head and shoulders above all the other pop/new romantic stuff of the time.

Porno for Pyros: Porno for Pyros (1993).
It's such a shame that Perry Farrell kept this band together for only two albums. They could have gone on to great things, I think.

Three Mile Pilot: The Chief Assassin to the Sinister (1994).
I find that most people haven't even heard of this band or album. It's not mainstream stuff, but it's unique, demanding, and rewarding.

That Dog: Totally Crushed Out (1995).
Something of a concept album, all about the life and loves of a teenage girl in California in the '90s. The songs are written with a superbly poignant simplicity of style. Highly expressive punk-pop at its very best.

Mandalay: Empathy (1998).
Apparently this band were often mistaken for Portishead, but I think they did it better. Haunting vocals.

Iota: Big Grandfather (2001).
Iota is an Australian musician, who as far as I know has never bothered to set foot beyond this country, but if there were any justice in the world, he'd be an international superstar. This one's his magnum opus.

Although Wish you were here by Pink Floyd is always considered a great album, i belive it deserves more recongnition as it is equal to Dark Side Of The Moon. The album fits together better than on Dark Side of the moon, and it contains some of the greatest songs that pink floyd have ever written. Shine on you crazy diamond, part 1 and 2 are both brilliant, as wish you were here perhaps is the greatest song they ever wrote. As an album it fits together seamlessly, all of the songs are related, and it makes listening to the album amazing.
Scritti Politti: Cupid & Psyche, the album is brilliant.
Lou Reeds-Transformer -Very often over looked as a brilliant album.
Syd Barrets solo effort The Madcap laughs, a brilliant album.
