Don't worry much about it. Just keep exploring music at your own pace and what not. Also, I would recommend not caring much about chart ratings (if you do that is), they literally mean nothing. It's quite a useless feature.

I don't know of any great or even good albums from before 2000. Hmm... yeah nothing's really coming to mind.

I'm a big Phoenix fan, and was at some of Vampire Weekend's earliest shows, so you can trust me, I think you'll really enjoy these:

Louder Than Bombs by The Smiths

Laid by James

Doolittle by Pixies

Different Class by Pulp

Weezer (The Blue Album) by Weezer

The Moon & Antarctica by Modest Mouse

Repercussion by The dB's

Document by R.E.M.

Pssst... Hey. Eyal. It's me Repo. I thought I'd gotten to you in time, buddy. ...thinking... Holy shit!! Maybe they intercepted my message! Think They're crazy clever like that, eyal!!! Hopefully this makes it through this time...

No one else here knows what they are talking about. Especially Suedeswede & Precedent. They're pretty much clueless.

At 13, here are the albums you should be listening to:

1. Black Sabbath - Masters of Reality (on repeat until your brain goes numb. then you know it's working.)
2. Black Sabbath - Paranoid
3. Led Zeppelin - IV
4. Circle Jerks - Group Sex
5. The Angry Samoans - Back from Samoa
5. Eminem - Slim Shady
6. Van Halen - I
7. Violent Femmes - Violent Femmes
8. The Pixies - Doolittle
9. The Beatles - Rubber Soul
10. The Beach Boys - see Revolver94's *personal* chart

All the kids on this site have been genetically mutated by AlbumMaster to have the tastes of a 26 year old male hipster. I sometimes feel I'm in the musical website equivalent of this ...
