I don't know much about this singer; I feel I should remember her, but I don't. It's Northeastern music, but with more modern arrangements, so it doesn't have a folk feel. Roze's voice is peculiar, very high-pitched, and her accent is very thick, so either it was intended as a regional release or she didn't care to tone it down for a national audience.
