With the help of David Lynch who produced the record, along with providing vocals in "Bird of Flames", Chrysta Bell manages to release a beautiful and striking debut into the world. Her vocals are impeccable and they come together wonderfully with Lynch's production, which manages to be distinctive yet restrained unlike his more experimental debut "Crazy Clown Time". This is beneficial since it gives Chrysta Bell more room to breathe and more room to shine as an artist.

What a wonderful collaboration, and the inclusion of the divine "Polish Poem" (heartbreakingly featured at the end of Lynch's "Inland Empire") is most welcome.
