Killer JA LP, and one of the 3 best albums ever released by Studio One (along with Soul Beat by The Gaylads and On Top by The Heptones) in this writer's humble opinion. An important gateway LP for those a little tentative about the genre. This is proto-dancehall delivered with one of the smoothest voices in Jamaican recording history; honeyed vocals over crucial Studio 1 riddims. Reggae got soul? You betcha. By the bucketful.
