As a general rule if an albums title track sucks so does the rest of the album , and oh boy title track "Love is for Losers" totally blows , check this cheesy line to open the track:
" I'm riding shotgun in a car that's broken down"
Yikes ! And then further along we get ...
"Hey kid, love is for losers now
Alright
Stupid kid, you're a loser now
Alright"
What ? That doesn't even make sense !
And what about Billies Beatles love letter with track 1 "The Last Time" . First we hear the very obvious guitar chords from "I Wanna Hold Your Hand" to open the track , then we get the obvious time signature stolen from "Please Mr Postman" to the Beatle-esque harmony's complete with "Woo's" . I hope he's paying royalties
Overall this album is uninspired , sole-less and mostly cheesy without a single track I can recommend , special thumbs down to "Kill Your Friends" and "Turn Me Loose" ( no not a Lover Boy cover UNFORTUNATELY)
