I'm not the biggest fan of J-Pop. Most of it just sounds gimmicky and annoyingly childish to me. But if more of it sounded like this, I'd be down!
Haru Nemuri fills her album with a refreshingly diverse set of tunes. Equal parts catchy and creative, these richly layered songs jump out at you and hold your interest, without ever devolving into the contrived cutesiness that mars most J-Pop. With a knack for melody and a spirit of musical adventure, Nemuri is an artist to keep your eye on. I anticipate great things from her.

Absolutely fantastic record, instant album of the year for me, very few times have I made such a powerful and meaningful conection with a body of music this immediatly. Every chorus is sublime, every melody, note and beat is on point and every climax is so intense and huge and moving, every emotion pours out of this album in a graceful way. Pure bliss.
