A return to form for this Irish group who scored big in the late 80s/early 90s. There are hints of anthemic ballads that this group is known for, and also the album closes with a traditional Irish tune which honors the band's cultural roots. While nothing is as great as their debut "People" the music here indicates that Hothouse Flowers still have the drive to produce compelling music in the future.
