Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some albums can have several thousand ratings)
This album has a Bayesian average rating of 45.1/100, a mean average of 42.0/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 42.0/100. The standard deviation for this album is 24.4.

Listening to Speedin Bullet 2 Heaven as a palate cleanser...
You'll need a hot shower after listening to this.
Overall I found this album's strength is individual songs on their own. As a unified project it is too long and too all over the place but the songs are solid enough to get me to listen to them.

I've been avoiding this album just because I knew I'd be dissapointed, Coloring book is a sort of favorite of mine, it's like one of those records I really appreciatre but can't really sing any of the song, I could sing you some songs off of this one. I heard Hot Shower on the radio and new I was in for a disaster, it's bad, it's really bad, there's some ironic memey enjoyment to have though, so if you're in for a joke of an album here ya go
Bizarre album. The lyrics are all over the place and the vocal performance is some of the worst I've heard from an artist of Chance's status. Seriously, the first song sounded like it was written by a 10 year old with ADHD (so something I would have written at 10 :P). Yes, Chance took a... sigh... CHANCE and changed up his style and played with different genres. That still doesn't excuse this mess. I mean... Hot Shower??? Seriously what is that song? It's not even ironically funny.

I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed
There are some high points despite the filler, the oft-cringey lyricism, and the limp ending. I like it less the more I listen to it though.

I don't remember the last time I unintentionally laughed at a song, but the title track is like if a comedian covered Biking.

Yikes.

Chance really went from "Acid Rap" to "PG-13 youth group rap"
