The guitarist from The Police demonstrates his jazz skills on this solo album. Much like fellow music explorer David Byrne, Summers (metaphorically) travels around the globe to get a world music sound. Incorporating textures and instrumentation from diverse areas, Summers puts together a serious and sensuous mix with finesse. Piya Tose stands out as the only song that features a vocalist in Indian vocalist Najma Akhtar. Summers guitar is the star throughout the show!
