Ive been a fan of this guys revivalist madness for a few years now and this latest release really is the bomb

We have here a wonderful covers compilation of the very best of his Tough Cookies Live Stream concerts whilst in lockdown. But here’s the thing, these concerts weren’t simply a handful of performances, no, there were at last count something like 100+ of these live streams with each one over an hour in length. Simply put there was a lot of material to choose from and they have done an amazing job of including the best of the best - from “Need You Tonite” (INXS), “Helpless” (C.S & N), “Let Me Roll It” (Macca), “Dress You Up” (Madonna), “The Message” ( Grand Master Flash …) every cover here is on point and all with LCC’s original spin on each track

Let’s be honest life has pretty much sucked lately but here’s an album guaranteed to bring a smile to your face and lift your spirits

And be sure to check out at least one of these Tough Cookies Performances on YouTube, so good
