This 1989 release on Restless Records (Cat#: 7 72328-2) by Rhode Island psychedelic rockers Plan 9 reveals the band to be after a new and different sound. They try to dispense the notion that they are a 60s revival band, and attempt a modern sound. What they achieve is a sound of an unfocused garage band who cannot play consistently. A lot of hard work happens in the background to keep BEA running, and it's especially difficult to do this when we can't pay our hosting fees :(
