This 1998 debut by Canadian born soul singer Tamia Washington was released on Warner Bros Records / Qwest Records (Cat#: 9 46213-2). It features 12 tracks of ballads and a smattering of dance music throughout, but it is heavily weighted to the slow groove side of things. It is a fairly non-descript affair, even the cover of "Careless Whisper" by Wham! fails to stir up very much heat. Tamia shows a good voice, but doesn't quite know how to use it for the biggest impact yet. Authenticated on discogs.com
