Good, but kept repeating the same basic stuff. Didn’t really very from track to track.
Fantástico debut de The Mamas And The Papas, con un cancionero de calidad similar a la de cualquier recopilación, Monday Monday y California Dreaming, entre otras, son clásicos imperecederos.

California Dreamin' is the absolute star of the album, it's impossible for the rest to catch up.

This is a solid album featuring great vocals. The harmonies on the first half of the album are as good as they can get. The voices combine perfectly on every song. After "California Dreamin'" everything goes downhill. There isn't anything worth listening to on the latter half of the album. Most of the songs are basic but at least the songs at the start of the album have some nice harmonies.

Underrated. A monument of an album. One of the multiple apotheosis of the 60's rock.
Fell in love with this one recently. Beautiful and relentlessly pleasant sunshine/psychedelic/chamber pop. It's a hoot
