It seems that Baker has fallen into a formula, and that's not necessarily a bad thing - but instead of evolving as an artist - some of the formulaic aspects of this album come across as kind of tired. There's still great singing here, maybe just a little less than on her previous releases. But its still good quality. Baker doesn't seemed challenged by the material.
