Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some albums can have several thousand ratings)
This album has a Bayesian average rating of 57.5/100, a mean average of 56.7/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 56.7/100. The standard deviation for this album is 21.2.

My first impression was that it is a disappointing album. After some more tries my initial perception has altered, it is better than I had thought. There is nothing innovative, groundbreaking or profound, it is an album that reminds their 90's sound, which is exactly why I (and everyone else) got into them. One difference is the nostalgic/sad vibe that surrounds this album, which means that you still have fun, but not in the same way as with their past albums. Maybe you can view this as Green Day going through mid life crisis. There is no song that is unlistenable, but on the other hand there is no song that I would consider excellent or include in their best. Not great, but not bad either.
This album is not bad at all, songs are catchy and easy to listen, but that doesn't mean it sucks. If it wasn't for songs such as Troublemaker, Angel Blue or Kill the DJ I would consider giving this album 90 or 95/100.
There is nothing to say about this album other than the fact that is is absolutely fucked. This album does not sound like a come back/ return to "old green day". This album, and the other albums of the trilogy, are just a shitty cash grab filled with a bunch of half baked song ideas and terrible lyrics. please don't listen to this album guys. there is a lot of music in this world, don't waste your time like I did.
Green Day, after two busy records, finally took its time to relax and make a LP about CARPE DIEM. It resulted good, not perfect nor its best but an enjoyable album :). #9 best album of 2012`s
Uno! shows the band's returning to the pop punk habits-albums "Nimrod" "Warning", Playing loud, fast, catchy, cleanly and with three-chord style. The band is right back and it's a huge privilege to see them again as 90's
First time I listened to this I thought... meh, B-Sides material. Then I listened to 21st Century, and wish they would have condensed this into one really good record. Although nothing is crazy amazing, this is really solid pop-punk. Way better than 90% of other band's pop punk attempts.
This is a return to the classic Green Day sound, its pretty good, although one feels like they've moved on and done better things
Surprisingly, in my top 3 green day records. This whole album is beautifully done. Every song is a rock n roll ballad of incredible magnitude. They got better with age.
Mostly not as memorable as Green Day used to be, but still I can't understand why so much hate, Green Day still have it.
This album hurt my insides. I still love these guys though. I can't dig it.
