This compilation of 73 cover songs spanning Dylan's career in honour of 50 years of Amnesty International is chock full of exceptional artist from across the globe doing exceptional interpretations of Dylan's songwriting craft. I have included The Nightwatchman's (aka Tom Morello) version of 'Blind Willie McTell' in my 'top 100 Dylan covers' chart.

What a mess! Shouldve been more consistency in in the discs. For instance K'naan, Franti, and Marley on the same disc. Cash and Kristopherson on a disc, Kesha and Miley on a disc.
It seems like they intentionally tried to make each disk too diverse.
