Rating metrics: Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some albums can have several thousand ratings)

This album is rated in the top 4% of all albums on BestEverAlbums.com. This album has a Bayesian average rating of 76.9/100, a mean average of 76.4/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 77.2/100. The standard deviation for this album is 13.7.

All Right Now is so good. The guitar solo isn't even flashy, but it hits so hard. The rest is fine.

Very solid, blues-rock album that makes good work of Paul Rodgers' soulful voice and Paul Kossoff's show-stealing guitar. I like Bad Company's early stuff, so I figured I would like this, and I did, though maybe not as much as I would have wanted to. I honestly think the album starts with the three weakest tracks before picking up with the last four—Heavy Load and Mr. Big in particular are really good slow blues burners that heat up and quicken up with the guitar taking the forefront. And of course All Right Now is a classic, even if overplayed. Good, not great, record.

An overall very consistent and enjoyable listen. Very easy to just put on and appreciate the music.

This album is a great classic rock album. "All Right Now" is an essential, but the rest of album is consistently good. It's short, but there isn't a bad song.

"All Right Now" is quite possibly the quintessential classic rock song. The rest of the album isn't quite on that same level, but songs like "Fire and Water", "Heavy Load" and "Mr. Big" are all good in their own right.

Classic blues rock. The title track is off course an anthem, but there are plenty of other good tracks in, heavy load, oh I wept, and, Mr. Big. An essential seventies rock album.

not a fan of the "Radio Hit" track but if you look at other gems on this record..."don't say you love me" is a great start..

Is "All Right Now" the best rock song ever recorded? Probably.
