Mr. Bungle's debut sounds like a demented carnival. Combining diverse sounds under the guidance of John Zorn it's a wildly eclectic album with hints of King Crimson's early work.

I was a FNM fan and heard about Mike's 'other band'. Bizarre, sublime and ridiculous. I must of listed to is a 1000 times.

Heard 'Pink Cigarette' and loved it. Was at our record exchange and found this. Didn't have 'Pink Cigarette' on it but was Mr Bungle so being a Mike Patton fan, thought it would still be a worthy buy. Sadly it done nothing for me. Listened to it multiple times, tried my best to connect and like it. But to no avail. To avant-garde, jazzy, free range for my liking

Great avant-garde metal, but would be much better if they removed some of the pointless samples (such as the endings of Egg and The Girls of Porn) and replaced them with the deleted tracks.

Also, not a big fan of Love is a Fist.
