Basically an Eldritch-thing but for obvious reasons released under the name The Sisters Of Mercy which ceased to exist in 1985. Only 1959 breathes the spirit of the Sisters.
Still one of my favourites after all these years

A fun album in its monotonous and serious rhythms and moods. Hilarious stuff
One of the best goth albums, very different from the obvious candidates but it's uniquely more synth driven, love listening to this on these cold winter evenings. It doesn't get the justice deserved on here as it's one of my all time favorites.
A dance-able goth album that loses steam at the end.
Best Tracks: Lucretia My Reflection, This Corrosion
Great album and love This Corrosion
One of the few albums where I like the second half more than the first. Of course, "Lucretia my Reflection" and "This Corrosion," are the hits, but from "Flood II" onward it's all frosty darkwave to match the album art. Recommended for a moonlit winter stroll.
Amazing album. A lot of versions come with the spectacular "Colours" which I'm guessing is a bonus track or something.
