Another Band I heard when I was very young. Such great musicians and albums but I couldn't choose which one is my favourite so I chose this one which has a fantastic tracks from most of them. This chooses songs form the Mk II & III line up of the band. The best I think, but others also good.

A True Rock & Roll Band at it's basest level - you won't hear any of these songs on the radio - these sexist - misogynistic - but all I heard was the roaring guitars and thumping drums, I was to young to know/understand what they were singing about! Old & wiser now, but I can't help loving this album! I listened to it on headphones and sing in my head.

As a burgeoning teenager, this angst filled album was full rhythms and melodies I thought were relevant to me at the time.....though, not quite. Anyway, it's still a great album which I still listen to.

This is my first & favourite U2 album. From start to finish each track tells it's story with them all blending in seamlessly into one full on experience. I have tried to pick a fav track from this album but have never succeeded.

Another Brilliant Aussie Band! Punk Rock at it's best, all their albums so far are excellent, so chose this one as it's the first one I heard - anarchy and irreverent - reminds me of growing up in the 70's and hearing the Sex Pistols / The Clash / Sham 69 and many others for the first time as a kid.

Hip Hop till you Drop! Hillariously Brilliant Lyrics, Fantastic Beats - this is a work of Pop Art ! It doesn't get old . My first version of this was on tape, played it in my car till it wore out!

For me, this was album that got me over my the crushing pain of lost love of my first girlfriend 😭. Oh woh was me! Pop / Classical / Disco rhythms & beats mixed into a creschendo of theatrical brilliance. Still a musical wonder to listen to

Be nice once you get to 10 albums so that those you have get included in the overall ratings. That'll push a couple up the rankings. Love Highway to Hell. Love Comfort to Me. Dark Side of the Moon is my #1 as well so I also love that, but don't most people. How can you not. (Edited)
