Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. The last two tracks saved this album from being a total snore. Everything prior felt uneventful. I guess I wanted something more maximalist when I first laid eyes upon this record. I can only imagine this release as being something geared towards older rock heads or krautrock fanatics.
